Oli’s early encounters with fungi grew into a focus on the wellbeing benefits of medicinal and functional mushrooms. He founded The Fungi Consultant to share knowledge with individuals, support brands in product development and advise organisations on the scope of the industry. He is also active in public education, teaching others about the value of functional fungi. At The Culturing Dish, Oli contributes as an early-career mycologist, having explored the potential for citizen science and building connections with others who share similar passions.
